What is the typical weather in Chicago in late March?
Average temperatures in Chicago during March range between a high of 41°F-48°F and a low of 32°F-34°F.
What is the expected number of attendees?
We are expecting over 1,000 registered attendees for the daytime sessions. For the evening sessions we are expecting more that 2,000 attendees.
What is the appropriate attire for the Conference?
Recommended attire is business or business casual.
What is the registration fee; are meals included?

Registration is only required for those attending the daytime sessions. Evening sessions are free.  Continental breakfast and lunch are included on Thursday and Friday. Several fast food restaurants and a grocery store are also located at the complex.

What is included in the registration fee?
Conference registration includes all conference materials, continental breakfast and lunch
Is there a host hotel? Is there a Ministers and Missions Conference hotel discount?

Yes. There are three hotels, in the local area that we recommend.

Are there any other hotels in the area?

Yes.  The hotels listed below are not affiliated with the 2010 Ministers & Missions Conference and therefore the conference discount rates do not apply.  Also, these hotels do not offer shuttle service to the conference:

What are the dates and times for the Conference?

Can I register on-site?
Yes.  Registration will open as early as 1 hour prior to the beginning of each day’s session on Thursday, March 26th and Friday, March 27, 2008
What about online registration?

You can register online by simply clicking on the “Registration” button on this website. Registration is now closed - Onsite Registration is Available Day of Conference

Can I register for one day only?

Yes, but the conference registration rate is the same whether you attend one day or two days.

Where is the conference being held?
The conference is being held at Living Word Christian Center's Auditorium located at 7600 West Roosevelt Road Forest Park, IL 60130 (on the south side of the Forest Park Plaza)
How far is the hotel from the conference location?
The Hilton Suites and Hilton Garden  Hotels are approximately 15 minutes west of Living Word Christian Center.  Hotel shuttles will be provided to and from these hotel.
Is there a fee to attend the Wednesday night session of the conference?

No, there is no charge to attend any of the night sessions of the 2010 Ministers and Missions Conference.

Is there assigned seating?
There is reserved seating for conference speakers and special guests.  All other seating is on a first-come-first serve basis.
Is childcare provided?
Childcare will not be provided.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Refunds will not be issued for any reason. However, the registration fee is transferable to another participant.
Will I get confirmation of my registration?
Attendees that register online will receive an automatic e-confirmation. Those who register via fax, mail, or telephone will not receive a registration confirmation, unless requested.
Is there available parking for the event?
Yes.  There is ample parking for conference attendees in the Living Word Christian Center parking lot on the south side of the Forest Park Plaza. If needed, satellite parking will also be available along the north side parking lot of the CTA Train Station located on Des Plaines Ave, and also at the Armory adjacent to the Forest Park Plaza complex.
Will there be shuttle service from the hotels to the conference?
If you are staying at the Hilton Suites or the Hilton Garden hotels there will be shuttle service to the conference.
Are cameras and or video/audio recorders permitted in and during the conference?
No. Recording devices of any kind are not permitted during the conference.
